As a paralegal at Bitton & Associates, Diksha supports and assists litigation attorneys in all phases of case handling. She assists counsels with legal research, drafting motions, discovery practice, document review and trial preparation.
Prior to working for Bitton & Associates, Diksha worked as Paralegal with an Employment Law Firm in Los Angeles and was in charge of handling worker’s compensation cases, responding to discovery requests and conducting legal research.
Diksha graduated from the prestigious Jindal Global Law School in India in the year 2015. After passing the All India State Bar Exam, Diksha practiced before the Supreme Court of India as a civil and criminal litigation attorney. There, she was in charge of dealing with a wide array of cases dealing with criminal law, civil law, property law, family law, and consumer protection law issues. She was also involved in drafting and reviewing the cases. She also worked as a legal consultant with the Law Commission of India and provided recommendations for amendments to the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Diksha pursued her Masters in Law form the University of Southern California in 2017.
